Japanese TV Tokyo channel telecast report on Azerbaijan

Tokyo, November 6, AZERTAC

The TV Tokyo channel`s Zipangu show aired a report on Azerbaijan with the support of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Japan.

The TV show has over 7 mln viewers. The TV show crew was in Azerbaijan on August 5-15 this year.

The report narrated on the huge projects implemented and Azerbaijan’s economic growth. It gave an insight into the flame towers, the symbol of Baku, such big projects as Khazar Islands, Baku White City, oil and gas projects and BTC pipeline.

The TV show gave a background of discussions on the Caspian Sea legal status.

Japanese Itochu company`s participation in the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli and BTC projects was covered by the TV channel. The show said the Japanese garden created in the Ismayilli region by the Kosugi Zohen Co.LTD contributed to cultural ties between the two countries.

The report showed Head of the Fuji Megane company Akio Kanai providing an aid to the IDPs.
