Middle Corridor’s attractiveness discussed in Sofia

A meeting of the Working Group on the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (TITR) was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, on September 14–15.
The meeting, attended by Nijat Guliyev, Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC and Head of the Working Group, focused on optimizing container transportation and freight tariffs to enhance the attractiveness of the Middle Corridor and create favorable conditions for cargo flows.
Following the discussions, a protocol was signed on further expanding cooperation in the railway transport sector, improving the efficiency of freight transportation, and developing trade and logistics in the region.
