MIGRATION POLICY MUST BE PRUDENT

Migration policy is one of the methods to adjust relations, member of the Security Committee of the RF State Duma Gennady Gudkov told AzerTAj correspondent. “Migration Policy must exist but it should be prudent especially as Russia exist in a special area and surrounded with states which were the part of the Russian State”, Russian parliamentarian was quoted as saying. G. Gudkov noted that he does not support excessive toughening of migration policy and suggests pursuing it in more flexible manner.

“Humiliation of people in queues in a very tough registration procedure of getting various documents has negative impact on relationship between the peoples. I think that we must be more loyal in this issue despite existence of problems regarding terrorism, lack of boundaries, equipment of borders, check points”, he added.
