MILLI MAJLIS SPRING SESSION ENDED

The last spring session of Milli Majlis ended on June 29.

Amendments and alterations were made in the Law “On status of deputy of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.

Chairman of Milli Majlis Murtuz Alasgarov made a report. He noted that in the course of spring session, Milli Majlis played an important role in successful domestic and foreign policy. 33 sittings of Milli Majlis were held, 127 laws and resolutions adopted, as well as several important international agreements approved.

Parliament also carried out large-scale work in expansion and strengthening of international relations. Several reciprocal visits played particular role in development of the international cooperation.
