1-4 July. President Heydar Aliyev paid an official visit to Germany. During the visit, he met with leaders and businessmen of the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as representatives of Azerbaijani diaspora in Germany.
5 July. He received the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassadors of the USA and Russia to Azerbaijan.
6 July. He addressed the opening ceremony of the new TV tower in Baku.
10 July. He held a meeting dedicated to the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe.
11 July. He met with the representative of the European and Central Asian Countries Department of the World Bank.
12 July. He made a speech at the meeting on the discussion of the "Land Reform" bill.
13 July. He received the heads of the Council of Europe delegation.
18-19 July. He held an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
23 July. He addressed the next meeting of the State Commission on the 500th anniversary of Muhammad Fuzuli.
24 July. He received the representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Azerbaijan.
25-26 July. He met with the heads of the US energy and oil company service.

On 29 September, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to declare 2023 as a “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in the country. 10 May 2023 will mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, and an outstanding politician and statesman.
