3 June. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev attended the presentation of the miniature book “Oath of allegiance to the Motherland, state and nation”.
5 June. He held the first meeting of the commission tasked with preparing the draft new Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
8 June. He received members of senior committee of Azerbaijan International Operating Company consortium.
9 June. He made a speech at the Ashura ceremony held at Tazapir mosque.
10 June. He delivered a speech on an official meeting on establishment of tomb and House Museum of Huseyn Javid.
15 June. He made a speech at the presentation of book “Azerbaijan Human Development Report-1995”.
22 June. He met with parents of the Azerbaijani National heroes and martyrs.
23-24 June. He delivered a speech at the nationwide meeting dedicated to the “Events of 15-17 March and socio-political situation in Azerbaijan”.
24 June. He held an official meeting on privatization program.
26 June. He attended the event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of birth of Fikrat Goja. He also met with a group of writers and poets.
29 June. He embarked on an official visit to Bulgaria.
30 June. He visited Romania to attend the Summit of state and governmental leaders of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation member states.

On 29 September, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to declare 2023 as a “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in the country. 10 May 2023 will mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, and an outstanding politician and statesman.
