2 June. President Heydar Aliyev received the head of the United Nations Development Program and the UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan.
3 June. He met with the heads of state of Russia, Armenia and Georgia in Kislovodsk.
4 June. He addressed the event held on the joint development of the "Shah Deniz" field.
12 June. He made a speech at the 7th session of the General Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization Parliamentary Assembly.
14 June. He met with the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
20 June. He attended an official reception on the occasion of the national holiday of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

On 29 September, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to declare 2023 as a “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in the country. 10 May 2023 will mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, and an outstanding politician and statesman.
