1-9 June. President Heydar Aliyev visited Antalya, Turkey. During his stay, President of the Turkey Suleyman Demirel, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Cumhur Ersumer, former Minister of Foreign Affairs Hikmet Çetin, as well as President of Enka Holding Group of Companies Sharik Tara visited him.
9 June. He returned from Turkey. He attended the events organized on the occasion of his return to Baku after completing his treatment and rest.
10 June. He made a speech at the expanded meeting of the Security Council.
14 June. He received Stanley Escudero, the US ambassador to Azerbaijan.
16 June. He met with Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Gadri Ecvet Tezcan.
23 June. He received the delegation led by Richard Morningstar, the Special Advisor to the US President and the Secretary of State for the development of the Caspian region.
26 June. He made a speech at the opening ceremony of the Scientific Research Institute of Lung Diseases.
29 June. He received Russian artist Nikas Safranov.
30 June. He made a speech at the inauguration of the new buildings built for families of martyrs and Karabakh war disabled in Garadagh district of Baku.

On 29 September, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order to declare 2023 as a “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in the country. 10 May 2023 will mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Heydar Aliyev, the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, the founder of the independent state of Azerbaijan, and an outstanding politician and statesman.
