MORE COUNTRIES SHOW INTEREST IN NORTH-SOUTH TRANSPORT CORRIDOR
Chief of the Azerbaijan Railway Arif Asfgarov told AzerTAj reporter that the number of the countries showing interest in the North-South Transport Corridor saying laying the Gazvin-Rasht-Astara (Iran) - Astara (Azerbaijan) railway needs $20 mln of investment. In his opinion, the corridor will repay the amount in three years. Increase in the number of countries interested in opening of this line reaffirms its potential efficiency.
