National Defense University hosts meeting with delegation from Bangladesh

The leadership and attendees of the Armed Forces Combat Course of the National Defence College of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh visited Azerbaijan within the framework of the Study Tour Abroad programme, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.
Deputy Rector of the NDU for Science and Education, Major General Arif Hasanov, met with a delegation led by Brigadier General Md Mostafizur Rahman.
At the meeting hosted by the NDU, the Bangladeshi delegation received a briefing on the history of the university's establishment, educational system, and main areas of activity. The guests were provided with comprehensive information about recent reforms in military education in the Azerbaijan Army.
The meeting included a detailed exchange of views on issues of common interest for the further development of military education.
Brigadier General M. Rahman signed the “Book of Honor.”
During the visit, the delegation from the Bangladesh National Defence College also visited the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev, where the guests were given detailed information about the history of the institute’s establishment.
