NEW CENTER TO BE OPENED

Agreement on opening of the Center for cultural and information service “Ichari shahar” has been achieved between the government of Azerbaijan and the World Bank. The working group of the project “ Preservation of the cultural heritage” prepared the requirements specifications. The center will be created by the NGO, won at the contest held in frame of the new development program.

Aim of the center is to gather information on culture and tourist resources of “Ichari Shahar” and Baku, attraction of the citizens to the conducting of mass arrangements related to Azerbaijan art, customs and traditions, support of the creative personalities, creation and protection of database of “Ichari Shahar”, spread of the advertisements and other issues, AzerTAJ correspondent learnt from the working group.
