NEW LEADERS OF EUROPEAN UNION OF GYMNASTICS TO VISIT BAKU
Delegation of Azerbaijani Gymnastics Federation (AGF) took part in the 20th Congress of European Union of Gymnastics, held on 10-12 October in Vienna. Members of the Azerbaijani delegation negotiated with President of ‘Shpit’ company Yan Fritsen, who is responsible for selling gymnastic equipment. Discussed was also issue of equipping the Calisthenics Championship to be held on 5-9 October 2005 in Baku.
Besides, discussed was future construction and equipping of gymnastics complex in Baku.
During the meeting with members of Azerbaijan delegation, President of FIG Bruno Grandi
highly appreciated the activity of AGF and promised to visit Baku on 24-25 April 2004 in order to attend lap of World Cup on Calisthenics.
