ON DAY OF CONSTITUTION
Opening the meeting, rector of the University, professor Bahlul Agayev congratulated the tutors and students on the occasion of the remarkable day and extended his wishes to them.
Having stressed the significance of the new Constitution drawn up in 1995 under the guidance of the outstanding statesman, nation-wide leader of Azerbaijan and adopted on 12 November rector noted that each paragraph of the constitution serve present and future of Azerbaijan and its citizens.
B. Agayev stated that University staff always supports the worthiest successor of political course of architect of the modern state Heydar Aliyev - President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The speakers expressed gratitude to founder of the first Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, wise son of Azerbaijan people for the Resolves.
