"Social issues are being resolved in Azerbaijan. Although our revenues have reduced dramatically, not a single social program has been postponed. All our social projects have been implemented. This is evidence of the essence of our policies. It attests to the fact that our policies are centered on citizens of Azerbaijan," President Ilham Aliyev said in his congratulatory message to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis and New Year. "We are building a powerful state and a strong economy. At the same time, the well-being of our people has always been a top priority for us," the head of state added.
