PACE to make decisions on ISIS fighters and their families

The Azerbaijani delegation led by Chairman of the Milli Majlis committee for international relations and interparliamentary ties, head of the permanent delegation to the PACE Samad Seyidov will visit Strasbourg, France tomorrow to attend the next PACE session.
The session will address problems concerning ISIS fighters and their families returning from Syria and other countries to the member states of the Council of Europe, impact of armed conflicts on environment, conflict-related sexual violence, PACE monitoring procedures.
