POLLING STATIONS PROVIDED WITH TRANSPARENT BALLOT-BOXES
According to the independent Press-center, all polling stations were provided with the transparent ballot-boxes. Acquisition of 5 thousand boxes was financed by German embassy, while 2500 - by the US Administration. District election commissions consisted of 1000 electors were given stationary boxes.
5 thousand 200 portable boxes made on demand of Holland and British embassies were delivered for voters who has a good excuse and will not be able to vote.
The choice, acquisition and delivery of boxes to Azerbaijan was organized by the International Fund for Electoral systems. The stationary boxes are sealed with the two, while portable ones with three disposable plastic stamps numbered individually.
