President of Palau arrives in Azerbaijan to attend COP29

Surangel Samuel Whipps, President of the Republic of Palau, arrived in Azerbaijan on Thursday to attend the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President of Palau was welcomed by Nadir Zeynalov, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Health, along with other officials.
