President of Presidential Council of State of Libya arrives in Azerbaijan

Baku, May 17, AZERTAC

Mohamed Younis al-Menfi, President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, arrived in Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).

At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, Mohamed Younis al-Menfi was welcomed by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and other officials.
