PRICES OF CEMENT FALLS

As a result of measures taken by the Ministry of Economic Development, the price of building cement in Azerbaijan has fallen by 12% month-on-month. The Minister for Economic Development Farhad Aliyev disclosed this information to reporters.

According to him, this trend will continue in future. Fro this purpose, his ministry was considering proposals from importers and other producers of cement alike.

It may be recalled that the Azerbaijani company Altai-A approached the Ministry of Economic Development with a proposal to build a cement factory in cooperation with Russian and European producers.
