REGULAR SESSION OF CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION
As is reported from the press service of the Central Election Commission, members of the commission have acted with messages on references received. The Central Election Commission has accepted appropriate decision about direction 3 of the given references for consideration by the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Then, the member of Central Election Commission Azer Tagiyev has acted with the message concerning the district and local election commissions which have admitted miscalculations in the activity during election campaign. The CEC has accepted a decision about dissolution of the district election commissions of Binagadi the second number 9, Nizami the second (Ganja) number 38, Sumgait the second number 42, Zagatala number 110, Agdam (rural) number 119 and Zangilan-Gubadli number 125 constituencies which have admitted miscalculations during the said period. Also was accepted a decision about dissolution of structure of some of the local election commissions.
The member of Central Election Commission Fuad Javadov has acted with the message concerning the direction to the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Azerbaijan Republic of the results of check of the materials presumably containing structure of crime revealed by the Central Election Commission. The Central Election Commission has accepted appropriate decision.
At the session, also were considered current questions.
Representatives of the US embassy and the International Fund on Electoral Systems, local and foreign mass media took part at the session.
