REGULAR SESSION OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT HELD

A regular session of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Republic under the presidency of Farhad Abdullayev was held on 9 December.

The session considered the quest of Supreme Court of Azerbaijan Republic “On interpretation of the Article 228 of he Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic” and produced relevant judgment.

Appropriate session of the Constitutionals Court to consider the quest was appointed on 23 December 2003.

Another judgment was produced on the address of the Kapaz region court of Ganja city related to the interpretation of clauses of the Criminal-Procedural Code of Azerbaijan Republic.

Sessions of the Constitutional Court on consideration of the mentioned quests of the Supreme Court will be held 2 February.
