SESSION OF MM PERMANENT COMMISSION HELD
Char of the permanent commission Sattar Safarov noted that during the discussions at Milli Majlis on 20 June 2003, at the first reading was made a number of motions and proposals. The working group considered proposals and accepted some of them.
Updating the participants on the Draft, deputy chair of the economic legislation department of the Parliament Administration, Islam Rafibeyli said that were made certain amendments to the title of the Draft, a number of articles. It is said in the Draft that this Law regulates relations in the field of insurance from fire the property of legal and physical entities, engaged in entrepreneurial activity at the territory of Azerbaijan Republic, and their civil responsibility before the third person. In contrary to the previous Draft, the new version defines amount of insurance twice lower and fixes as 0,3 percent of cost of the insured property.
Attending was at the session, the first deputy speaker of Azerbaijan Parliament Arif Rahimzade, who made his suggestion concerning the Draft.
The Draft will be submitted for consideration at the Parliament in the second reading.
