STATE COMMITTEE ON SECURITIES REGISTERS “RESPUBLIKA” BANK’S EMISSION
The State Committee on Securities under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has registered the 14th emission of “Respublika” bank’s stocks. The total volume of non-documentary inscribed shares amounts to 4 billion manats. The nominal value of one share is 10 thousand manats, and the total number of shares is 400.
During the initial placing of “Respublika” stocks Commercial Bank “UniBank” will act as the underwriter. The stocks are presented to the buyers at the exposition area of the Baku Stock Exchange. When buying the stocks the bank stockholders could make use of preferences.
The bank-stock of Republic makes up 10 billion 828 million 989 thousand manats.
At the nominal value of each stock 10 thousand manats, the bank possesses plenty of non-documentary inscribed stocks numbered 1 million 82 thousand 98.
