STATE INVESTMENT PROGRAM WORKED OUT
The work over the State Investment program for 2004-2007 has been completed.
The major purpose of the program is to open new working places by more balanced and dynamic development of economy, improve living conditions of the population and increase level of investments. Special attention was paid to the non-oil sector in the document and bringing socio-economic infrastructure to up-to-date standard.
The prepared document included 87 projects connected to development of industry, agriculture etc. It is scheduled to amend the Program yearly for more flexible policy of making investment.
