A summer school on “Analysis and Application of Politics” is functioning from July 7 to 20 at the faculty of law and social sciences of the “Khazar” University. This school is financed and supported by the Open Society Institute and the Eurasian Fund. The audience is 25 young teachers of public policy, public and social administration, political sciences and other related disciplines as well as post-graduate students from higher educational establishments of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Central Asia. They will attend the course on analysis and application of politics, held by a well-known expert, Prof. of Public Policy of the California University, Dr. Eugene Berdeck. Main directions of the school’s activities include five reports, embracing an eight-level method of political analysis process: reports on application of ecometric, mathematic methods in political analysis; reports on mechanism, principles of political estimation, monitoring, drawing up of an expert political guarantee and memorandum, conducting training both individual and in groups; step by step submission of results and others.
