“THE ANNALS - GENOCIDE OF THIRD MILLENIUM” PROJECT DEVELOPED
As Tatyana Choladze informed correspondent of AZERTAC, the head of association, this multi-purpose edition is some kind of doctrine basis for the further work with a category of the people who, owing to the Armenian aggression, have expelled from native lands. We shall note that the European Court on human rights already has accepted some letters from refugees and date of their consideration will be determined in 2006.
By words of T. Choladze, materials of the Annals scrupulously gathered in tent camps in the Goranboy region of Azerbaijan. On places, it was documentary fixed - where the family up to tragedy lived, its structure, was registered (on the kept documents on the right to the property) property (for example, the house in Khoajali), the reason which has compelled them to abandon native places. Tragedy of Khojali equals with tragedy of Khatyn and Songmi, and it demands documentary confirmation. There is a decree of the nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev about recognition of the genocide, but about victims nothing was told. Gathering of documents, their transfer on consideration in Milli Majlis for preparation of the bill of giving to residents of Khojali the status of victims of genocide will allow to insist further on its recognition by world community”, said T. Choladze. Should the bill will be accepted, of what there is no doubt, after acceptance of the state program on rehabilitation of refugees - social, psychological, etc., providing opening on places of the small and medium enterprises (sewing shops, ateliers, etc.), and also treatment-prophylactic cabinets.
