THIRD TRANCHE OF EU RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM TO BE LAUNCHED

€10 million have been allocated to launch the third tranche of the European Union reconstruction program. The first and second ones worth €20 million were spent on reconstruction of many objects. The third tranche will allow overhauling M. F. Akhundov National Library and 8 medical centers. These medical centers will be provided with modern equipment and furniture.

With the money saved on the third tranche Azeragrartikinti (in Shaki, Zagatala and Gabala provinces) Azersutejizattikinti (in Ismayilli, Geychay and Agdash provinces), Sharur irrigation systems plan to bank protection works on concrete and stone dams. A competition for drinking water supply improvement in Zagatala, Gakh, Balaken, Gusar and Marazi was conducted at the expense of the saved funds.
