TRAINING COURSES ON “MANAGEMENT OF CHANGES” CONDUCTED
The Azerbaijan Banking Training Center with the financial support of the International Finance Corporation and bp-Azerbaijan Company, in the frame of “Development of small business for small and medium enterprises” project has conducted training courses.
Heads of companies and managers, as well as those the visitors who want to be engaged in business, were told the basic principles of management of changes, models of organizational changes, renewal of business processes.
The courses were also attended by German and local specialists.
