Two Russian aircrafts - en route from Moscow to Sochi and from Moscow to Volgograd crashed in the night on 24 to 25 August, AzerTAj correspondent reported.

Bodies of five passengers and wreckage of the Tu-154 passenger airliner that was en route from Moscow to Sochi have been found early on Wednesday near the village of Tishkovo in Russia’s southern Rostov region, as was reported referring to regional administration official.

The search for bodies is continuing and engaging the regional emergencies services and volunteer local residents.

There were 44 people on board the plane, including the crew.

The airliner went off radar screens of traffic controllers at 22:53 Moscow time on Tuesday.

According to verified data from the air traffic control service, the airliner carried 34 passengers and seven crewmembers. The air crash occurred on Tuesday night not far from Buchalki village, Kimovsk District of Tula Region. Local police discovered the airliner. The airliner had disappeared from radar screens at about 18:00.

Investigation of the cases was launched immediately as soon as the Head of the Russian state Vladimir Putin assigned investigation of crash.

Major version of crash of the airliners is said to be terror acts. Other versions are also being considered.

Currently, the rescue crew is searching for the “black cases” and bodies of the dead.
