Voter turnout hits 12.8% in Azerbaijani parliamentary elections as of 10:00

As of 10:00, the voter turnout reached 12.8 percent (667,732 voters) in the Azerbaijani parliamentary election, Rufat Gulmammadov, head of “Sechkiler” Information Center of the Central Election Commission, said.
Some 503 international observers from 40 organizations and over 66,000 local observers monitor the parliamentary election.
Some 767 candidates are contesting 125 seats in the Azerbaijani parliament.
