‘We are pleased for Azerbaijan to host COP29 Conference’

“We are pleased for Azerbaijan to host the COP29 Conference,” Jennifer Sara, Global Director for the World Bank Group’s Climate Change Group, told AZERTAC during the "Dialogue on Enabling Global Action for Climate Finance" event in Washington.
“This year’s summit is focused on the climate financing, which is of great importance. As the World Bank, we are working closely with other development banks to implement financing from public and private sectors, as well as other sources, to support countries in achieving their climate goals,” she added.
