WINNER TEACHERS AWARDED
As stated, the American International Council on education (ACCELS) conducts on 8-9 December at the International Press Center a ceremony of awarding the winners of the Program with high awards on teaching with technical aids (computers, Xerox, tape recorders, etc).
Participating were at the ceremony the representatives of the ministry of education, chief education department of Baku, and the US Embassy to Azerbaijan, and the winners of the Programs from city and region schools.
76 teachers, who won the first phase of the Program, were presented special certificates, 40 winners of the second phase – literature at amount of $200, the schools that represented the winners of the second phase technical aids at amount $2000.
