WORKSHOP FOR JOURNALISTS

A specialized training workshop “Coverage of legal cases on civil affairs” organized by the German Society for Technical Cooperation for journalists. In total, on a competitive ground 16 journalists were admitted to participated in the workshop.

The 3-month workshop with 12 trainings will provide knowledge in the civil law field. The trainings, aiming at improving the journalists’ knowledge in the civil law field and skills towards publications, will be based on practical materials, legal procedures, special cases and mooting. The journalist will turn into participants of symbolic legal procedures to learn materials of famous court reporters, study criteria of reports in the international court practice. One of conditions for visitors is regular articles in the press and telecasts on law. Finally, the workshop participants will be tested to assess their obtained knowledge. Successful journalists will be granted certificates, while the authors of the best article will be awarded.
