WORKSHOP ON STATE SERVICE LEGISLATION HELD
Attending were experts of the Administration Office of the Azerbaijan President, as well as heads of staff and legal departments of a number of bodies of central executive power.
Discussed were problems accrued at the first stage of introduction of concepts concerning the reforms, being realized in Azerbaijan Republic, and on the whole, the Law “On state service”, and other issues connected with the introduction of the Law. Also was focused interaction of the Law “On state service” with the Labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
Participants of the workshop were presented the Resolves on “Normative legal acts on state service”.
