    1 MILLION 730 THOUSAND TONS OF OIL TRANSPORTED VIA NORTHERN PIPELINE

    State Oil Company of Azerbaijan /SOCAR/ has exported 1 million 730 thousand tons of oil via Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline since the beginning of 2004. 237 thousand 800 tons of oil have been exported since august.

    By the end of 2004, it is scheduled to transport 2 million 500 thousand tons of oil. Tariff price per ton comes to $15,67.
