AREAS ALONG BTC PIPELINE UNDER SCRUTINY
Chief of the archeological survey department of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography under the National Academy of Sciences, manager of archeological digs for Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan project Goshgar Goshgarli said that expedition would embark on research works in the ancient site in the territory of Samukh province. These works is to be completed ahead of BTC pipeline laying. The only problem is that Muslim cemetery is located on the Brazen Age site. After replacing the cemetery, brazen layer will be surveyed.
