American political analyst Alexander Murinson, who was mostly promoting Azerbaijani realities, dies

Washington, January 6, AZERTAC

American political analyst at Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BSCSS), a friend of Azerbaijan, Alexander Murinson has passed away.

He was best known for his publications on Azerbaijan’s realities, mainly on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

He had been suffering from pancreatic cancer for fourteen months and undergoing treatment in the city hospital of Towson, State of Maryland, where he died.

Dr. Murinson was known for his writings promoting Azerbaijan-Israel relations, the importance of Azerbaijan for the CIS region and the USA, Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan and occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh region.
