Azerbaijan, Indonesia discuss interparliamentary cooperation

Baku, November 18 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan and Indonesia have explored ways of boosting cooperation between their legislative authorities as the two countries` MPs met in Baku.
Members of the Commission on International Affairs and Interparliamentary Ties at Azerbaijani Parliament met Indonesian MPs led by chairman of Azerbaijan-Indonesia Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group Ferrari Roemawi.
Speaking of the Azerbaijani-Indonesian relations, chairman of the Commission Samad Seyidov hailed them as steadily developing.
He stressed the importance of reciprocal visits, saying “they contribute to further developing our relations”.
Ferrari Roemawi said the two countries enjoy mutual support on the level of international organizations.
He said there was great potential for developing relations in the fields of trade and investment making.
He stressed the role of legislative bodies in terms of developing Azerbaijani-Indonesian relations.
