Azerbaijani diaspora in Netherlands sends letter of protest to international organizations over Armenian army`s killing of civilians

The European Azerbaijani Women`s Union “Ana Vatan” (Motherland) and “Odlar Yurdu” Society in the Netherlands have sent a statement and a letter of protest to international organizations over the killing of two Azerbaijani citizens, including a toddler, and the wounding of another as a result of the shelling of Alkhanly village of Fuzuli by the Armenian armed forces, State Committee on Work with Diaspora has told AZERTAC.
The diaspora organizations urged the world community to react to the Armenian provocations, attacks and the killing of peaceful citizens committed during the ceasefire regime.
“President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is the direct perpetrator of Khojaly Genocide of 1992, today continues the policy of genocide against the Azerbaijani nation. Armenia impedes peaceful solution of the conflict,” the letter says.
The statement and the letter were sent to the European Court of Human Rights, the European Parliament, OSCE, PACE.
