Azerbaijani student wins international scientific contest of BSEC

First year student of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) Mirmehdi Ahmadzade has become the winner of the International Scientific Contest held by the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
The scientific contest was on the topic the “25th Anniversary of Interparliamentary Cooperation in the BSEC region: Views and Future Perspectives”. Ahmadzade, getting the education on the speciality of accounting and audit of the International School of Economics at UNEC is the first Azerbaijani who won the scientific competition. He participated in the competition with the scientific article on the topic the “25th Anniversary of Interparliamentary Cooperation in the BSEC region: the views from Azerbaijan”. The UNEC student analyzed the cooperation between Azerbaijan and BSEC, paying the special attention to the large-scale reforms implemented in the country. Along with the reasons for expanding the cooperation, Ahmadzade presented the new partnership model for future, as well. The author analyzed the factors that hinder the cooperation among the countries in the region, including the conflicts and shared his views on the regional problems.
The research work of the UNEC student was awarded the first place according to the high assessment of the International Assessment Council. Mirmehdi Ahmadzade will participate in the awarding ceremony to be held in the capital of Albania, in the city of Tirana, at the invitation of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
