    CULTURE PALACE “ENERGETIC” TO BE OPENED BEFORE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

    A major overhaul of the culture palace “Energetic” in Mingachevir is about to complete. According to “Azerenergy Construction”, fulfilling the obligations, the personnel have constructed children’s sport site and cultural rest nook. Large-scale land improvement works are underway.

    On the eve of Presidential elections, culture palace “Energetic” will open its doors in a new appearance.
