EARTHQUAKE CAN BE PREDICTED A FEW HOURS BEFORE IT STARTS
Director General of the Association, doctor of technical sciences, Karim Karimov said that on the base of thorough analysis of numerous materials on electrical survey, research works carried out in other countries, and uninterrupted observation of the electromagnetic structures at the stations, the scientists had discovered the electromagnetic field anomaly occurred 3 or 4 hours before the earthquake begins.
“Unfortunately, failed to predict the recent earthquake in Shaki as the observation station had already been removed and used for oil work; the constant observation throughout the country requires at least 5 stations,” he said.
Karim Karimov also pointed out that the discovery has a world-scale importance, and 132 more countries’ patents to be given to the authors soon is a vivid evidence of this.
