REGIONAL INFORMATION-COMMUNICATION CENTER OPENED IN SHAKI
A regional information-communication center has been solemnly opened in Shaki. The speakers noted that information-communication technologies had become one of the main factors affecting the society development for last decade of XX century. The sphere of their influence covers state bodies, civil society institutions, economic and social domains, science and education, culture and mode of people’s life as a whole. Many developed and developing countries enjoy advantages of information-communication technologies.
Then, the red ribbon symbolizing the opening of the center was cut, after which 15 new computer sets were installed in the school #19.
