The next session of the CIS Council of Minister of Interior rounded its work in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The delegation of Azerbaijan was headed by Deputy Minister of Interior Zahid Dunyamaliyev.

The issues of coordination of joint combat against terrorism, regional extremism, narcotic business and human trafficking as well as, labor migration and expansion of informational exchange in this field were discussed at the session.

The session took a decision to found a CIS drug control center, the participants signed a protocol on combat of human trafficking.

The responsibilities of the next chairmanship were passed to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan, Khumdin Sharipov.
