Azerbaijan, Argentina discuss bilateral relations

Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic Jorge Faurie on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The sides hailed the current state of relations between Azerbaijan and Argentina. They exchanged views on the current situation of the bilateral relations and the issues on the cooperation agenda.
The two ministers discussed the issues related to the strengthening of cooperation within international organizations.
The parties also underlined the importance of reciprocal visits of high-level officials in terms of developing relations. FM Mammadyarov stressed that it would be a great pleasure to meet the delegation of Argentina within the Non-Aligned Movement Summit to be held in Baku on October 25-26.
The sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
