Azerbaijan, Iran discuss inter-parliamentary relations

A meeting between members of friendship group on Azerbaijani-Iranian inter-parliamentary ties has been held.
Chairman of the Agrarian Policy Committee Eldar Ibrahimov highlighted Azerbaijani-Iranian ties. He stressed the role of the friendship groups in development of inter-parliamentary bonds.
Eldar Ibrahimov said friendly relations between the heads of states of both countries strengthen ties.
The chairman highlighted the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games to be held in Baku.
Head of Azerbaijani-Iranian inter-parliamentary friendship group Salman Khodadadi said his country was interested in boosting ties with Azerbaijan. He stressed the importance of development of cooperation in political, economic, cultural and scientific fields. Mr. Khodadadi said the friendship group is ready to develop economic cooperation. He stressed the importance of economic projects.
