Baku, November 4 (AZERTAC). The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (except Joint Ventures and Operating Companies) conducted 11662 meters of drilling works in October, 2010. 11155 meters of them falls to the share of operational drilling and 507 meters – to the share of exploration drilling (out of them 315 meters structure drilling). Generally, in January-October of the current year SOCAR (except Joint Ventures and Operating Companies) conducted 117234 meters of drilling works including 109687 meters of operational drilling and 7547 meters of exploration drilling (out of them 1471 meters structure drilling).
