Representatives of the Western Kentucky University English as a Second Language /ESLI/ Program Harry have met with students of the Azerbaijan State Economic University. They explained that the program provides opportunities for students to continue education in the Universities of USA, Canada and England to get a bachelor or master degrees. Its main goal is to reduce the course fees as much as possible. If a second year student of the Economic University has good grades, completed a bachelor level with high grades, the fees can be brought down to the minimum rate. The ESLI allows to study any discipline.
