FOREIGN MINISTER OF AZERBAIJAN MET WITH PRESIDENT OF TURKEY
The Minister conveyed to the President the greeting from Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and updated on the meetings he had held in Turkey.
The Turkish President gave high assessment to the Ilham Aliyev’s working visit to Ankara and expressed his satisfaction with the high level of the relations between the two countries.
The sides had also a comprehensive exchange of views on the course of implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Tbilisi- Erzurum projects, the resolution of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno Garabakh, as well as , touched upon regional and international situation.
The meeting was attended by Azerbaijan Ambassador to Turkey Mammad Aliyev, Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan Ahmad Unal Chevigez, and Consul General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul Ibrahim Yagubov.
The official visit of Azerbaijan Foreign Affairs Minister to Turkey came to the end.
