Meeting held with Chief of Center for Strategic Research of Turkey`s Foreign Ministry
Baku, March 7 (AZERTAC). A meeting has been held today with Adviser to the Turkish Foreign Minister, Chief of the Center for Strategic Research of Turkey`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bulent Aras at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan.
The meeting was attended by Turkish ambassador Hulusi Kilic, the Academy`s students and teaching staff and politicians.
Opening the meeting, the first pro-rector of the Academy, professor Alikram Abdullayev said as a result of the successful foreign policy of President Ilham Aliyev, a new stage had started in the strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Then, Aras made a report at the event on the changing world system and its influence on the South Caucasus region. He spoke of the strategic cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Touching upon the existing conflicts in the world, Aras said the international community must settle them. He underlined the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict was the main problem in the South Caucasus region.
Then, Aras answered questions.
